Zennor Mermaid Brooch

Description

At the Church of St.Senara in Zennor, on the bench end of a 600 year old chair, you will find the carving of the legendary Mermaid of Zennor, depicted admiring herself in a mirror.
This beautiful brooch has been made using recycled tin & copper ( the traditional Cornish alloy known as lead free pewter. It has been handcrafted & cast in the hamlet of Botallack in West Cornwall – a stone’s throw from Zennor.
