Ebb & Flow is a wonderous little oasis of a shop found in the Shipyard Market in the beautiful harbour village of Porthleven. It is a colourful and welcoming space showcasing beautiful, ethical and distinctive clothes which reflect the beautiful colours and hues of Cornwall’s changing seasons. Fairly Traded creative accessories, locally crafted and imaginative jewellery and interesting, unique products for the home.

In 1994 I opened my first shop in Cardiff to share my passion for individuality by selling well made, original vintage clothing. My interest in fair trade led me to travel to the Far East to source beautifully made furniture, jewellery, home furnishings and clothing which was fairly traded. I feel very privileged to have met so many interesting and inspiring people during this time.
Although I was incredibly fortunate to visit some of the most beautiful countries in the world, my heart was always in Cornwall. After 20 years, 2 shops in South Wales, an holistic fitness studio and a wholesale business, the time was finally right to make Cornwall my home. In 2012 I was fortunate to secure a lease on a harbourside shop in St Ives and so my Cornish adventure began and Ebb & Flow was born.
